CASTING HORROR-COMEDY FILM (east sf bay)
Tentatively shooting two weekends in March 2014
One weekend indoors (house in the east bay)
One weekend outdoors (woodsy area, street)
Roles:
1. CHILD
Girl, able to play 11-13 [2 days, indoor shoot ]
Studious, smart, but a bit gullible
-- no strong language or stunts - all scenes are conversations with parents
-- must be accompanied by an adult
This role may alternately be cast as an emotionally/developmentally challenged older teenager.
So we also welcome resumés from actors able to play 16-19, either male or female.
2. FATHER - 30s-40s [ 4 days ] - needs a job badly
3. MOTHER - 30s-40s [ 4 days ] - depressed by their financial situation but finds her strength
4. FATHER'S FRIEND - MALE - 30s-40s - deadbeat friend with wild schemes [2 days]
-- will double as Creature, with latex facial prosthetic
